Compliments & Feedback

Homes North values your feedback, both positive and negative, as it assists us to maintain and improve our services. To ensure your feedback reaches the appropriate team member, we have a few options for you to contact us. If you:

1. have had a positive experience with Homes North’s services, you can submit a compliment here

2. wish to report and issue a request for service and are a Homes North tenant or client, please contact your local office for assistance

3. wish to report an issue or a request for service and are not a Homes North tenant or client, please contact Homes North via the contact us page. A service request could include:

  • anti social behaviour,
  • neighbour disputes,
  • general maintenance request,
  • missed bin collections,
  • untidy laws and grounds

4. are dissatisfied with the service you have received from Homes North, or its contractors, a complaint can be submitted here. Examples of a complaint include:

  • poor service and/or behaviour by a Homes North staff member or contractor,
  • change or withdrawal of service, your have been unable to contact a Homes North staff member or a Homes North staff member is not returning calls,
  • repairs not completed within timeframes,
  • the organisation, staff or contractors have not followed their documented policies and procedures.
