Homes North has over 100 members of staff who work in specialised teams including Tenant Relationship Management, Asset Management, Services and Community Development and Finance. The teams are lead by our Executive Management team reporting to the CEO.
Maree McKenzie, Chief Executive Officer
Maree has over 23 years’ experience in Social Housing in both government and the not-for-profit community housing sector and brings this wealth of knowledge and expertise to her leadership of Homes North. Maree’s vision for the organisation is exemplified through our strategic goals including Letting our Tenants Guide Us into the Future. Maree believes that Homes North is well placed to lead the social housing sector across the New England North West to support the housing needs of the community.
Hain MacKay-Cruise, Chief Operating Officer
Hain is an experienced international leader known for driving growth and innovation in global teams. He excels in creative strategies, business transformation, negotiation and value optimization. He found his calling in building solutions that put people first: crafting products that solved everyday challenges, rallying teams around a shared vision, and celebrating milestones as a step toward empowering people and teams. Drawing on these experiences, Hain came to Homes North not just to transform operations, but to strengthen our role with the local communities.
Andrew Riolo, Chief Financial Officer
Andrew has over 20 years’ of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary experience working across large commercial, not-for-profit and government organisations. Andrew will bring his commercial mind and social heart to Homes North to deliver quality social and affordable housing, which he believes is a basic human right for all and is fundamental in transforming people’s lives for the better. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics, a Master of Business Administration, and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
Evren Ozan, Chief Information Officer
Evren has over 15 years experience delivering software and technology. He’s worked in IT consultancy, media and government sectors prior to joining Homes North. Evren brings extensive business analysis, project management, change management, business improvement and leadership experience to Homes North. Evren has a passion for helping people using his guiding and facilitation skills. He believes in collaboration with everything he does and takes pride in inspiring and empowering others to achieve bigger and better things on a daily basis.
