We know repairs and maintenance on your home is important to you and Homes North is commited to providing a responsive repair service to all our tenants.

We have a range of response times for repairs and maintenance:

1. Emergency (4 hours)
2. Urgent (24 hours)
3. High Priority (2 days)
4. Priority (5 days)
5. Routine (will be advised)

It is important to know the type of repairs and maintenance within each response time category.
