09 Sep Ready Set Rent Program Wins Award

We’re honoured to share that our Ready Set Rent program has been named the 2025 NSW/ACT Winner of the Leading Innovation category at the AHI Brighter Future Awards.

This award recognises the impact of Ready Set Rent—a program that supports people to move from temporary accommodation into long-term, secure housing.

Through a focus on self-care, community connection, financial literacy, and tenancy rights, the program equips participants not just to rent, but to thrive.

Since launching, Ready Set Rent has:

• reduced rental arrears
• improved tenancy retention
• strengthened community connections, and
• built confidence for participants to create a stable home.

We are proud of this achievement and congratulate our dedicated team, partners, and—most importantly—the participants who have shown incredible resilience and courage.
